It's election day so I thought I would brief you on MY plans to take over the world or at least the lobbying portion of it. The limited feedback I've gotten from good government groups related to MY new regulations all relate to "where do we get the authority to go beyond the statute and create regulations not based on the law" I have been as clear as possible in responding that WE ARE JJOKE WE CAN DO WHATEVER WE WANT. While MY regulations have created many and numerous new requirements not found in statute including the requirement for coalitions to disclose their members, compensation amounts in registrations and the identification of beneficial clients and third party beneficiaries I do not feel limited by the statute when I draft my regulations WE ARE JJOKE WE CAN DO WHATEVER WE WANT. I trust I have your absolute support to enforce MY regulations in any manner I see fit WE ARE JJOKE WE CAN DO WHATEVER WE WANT.

While I appreciate the new found pair of balls you have discovered I think you should consider how YOUR new regulations may effect the governor and his favorite lobbyists and groups. For example YOUR new regulations requiring the identification of third party beneficiaries and beneficial clients will not require that the governor be identified as a third party beneficiary if some group or coalition decides to lobby and spend a fortune pushing the governors political agenda . . . will it? Because that will be a real problem. I know you are fixated on "closing loopholes" but remember you are not nearly as smart as the lawyers that created and/or are using those loopholes (assuming we even agree what a loophole is). Tread carefully Marty as you may end up stepping on your new found balls.

No need to worry about the governor getting caught up in OUR regulations we can subjectively apply them to our enemies and ignore them when they effect our friends because remember WE ARE JJOKE WE CAN DO WHATEVER WE WANT. Unless someone like Grandeau or the good government groups or Andy Celli bring an action to set aside OUR regulations as being beyond the scope of the enabling legislation we are golden because WE ARE JJOKE WE CAN DO WHATEVER WE WANT. And most of OUR regulations relate to making JJOKE more like a DMV office lots of stupid rules that serve no purpose other than to annoy and harass the regulated community. If anyone steps on OUR balls we can just open an investigation into them, think imputed gifts and tracing source of funding to it's origin.
